It’s our first blend and our first love! We’ve selected three beans for this very balanced combo. It’s perfect any time of the day, and with whatever brew method you love the most!

This perfectly balanced coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of the Ethiopia. The beans are tiny and packed with flavor. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee and still has arguably the best beans in the world. We proudly roast these beans very lightly, bringing out the best of the natural stone fruit notes in each batch.

The coffee is medium roasted and has a great balance of nutty, mildly earthy flavor that is wonderfully grounding any time of the day.

Using the same beans as our medium roast, we let our dark roast cook longer, well past the first crack and just into the second crack. Technically a medium/dark roast it’s a solid well rounded choice that gives a perfectly balanced, nutty, baking chocolaty profile.

Our Nicaraguan light roast gives you a cup full of smooth buttery notes, and a hint of stone fruit. A delicious, low acidity way to enjoy.
